This includes a pre-inspection for case cracks and OEM-specific issues, a second inspection during remanufacturing to ensure all components meet OEM specifications, and a final post-build inspection to confirm adherence to strict quality standards. Key internal parts like shafts, gears, and synchronizers undergo extensive testing. All seals are replaced, and each unit is dyno-tested to verify proper operation, shiftability, and noise levels. The transmissions are subjected to an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning for superior internal and external finish.
