Zumbrota Drivetrain Manual Transmissions are rebuilt to high-quality standards. This involves a 3-step inspection process: Pre-inspection for case cracks, excessive wear, and OEM-specific issues. Measurement of component parts to ensure OEM specifications are met. Ensuring each unit is built to exacting quality standards. Shaft straightness, gear wear, and synchronizers are extensively tested. Seals are replaced, and units are dyno-tested for operation, shiftability, and noise level. The process includes a hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
