The Pro-Tools MB105-Package is a heavy-duty manual tube and pipe bender designed for custom fabrication applications. It can bend round tube with an OD up to 2 inches and a wall thickness of 0.134 inches, and pipe up to NPS 1-1/2. Square tube can be bent up to 1-1/2 inches with a wall thickness up to 0.125 inches.

This bender is made in the USA, with all parts CNC-machined for accuracy. It features heavy-duty 5/8-inch thick frame arms and can create 180-degree bends. Tooling changes are designed to be quick, taking less than 30 seconds. It also offers the ability to convert to hydraulic operation.

The Pro-Tools MB105-Package is a heavy-duty manual tube and pipe bender engineered for custom fabrication applications. It is designed to produce quality, repeatable bends with less than 10% distortion in most cases. The bender is constructed with robust 5/8-inch thick frame arms and all components are CNC-machined for precision and accuracy. This package offers significant bending capabilities. It can handle round tube with an outside diameter ranging from 1/2 inch to 2 inches, and a maximum wall thickness of 0.134 inches. For pipe, it accommodates sizes from NPS 1/4 up to NPS 1-1/2, and is rated for bending mild steel Schedule 40 pipe. Square tube bending is supported for sizes between 1/2 inch and 1-1/2 inches, with wall thicknesses from 0.065 inches to 0.125 inches. The bender can achieve bends up to 180 degrees, with a maximum centerline radius of 7 inches. Designed for a lifetime of constant use, the MB105-Package includes an extension handle, degree plate with pointer, and a stand. Tooling changes are facilitated for speed, taking less than 30 seconds, and it is equipped to convert to hydraulic operation in minutes. It comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
