This adapter is installed between your intake manifold and MAP sensor, ensuring even pressure distribution to the sensor. This crucial function allows for the proper operation of blow-off valves and the accurate reading of boost gauges. Constructed from precision-machined billet aluminum, this adapter guarantees a leak-free operation and maintains complete compatibility with your original MAP sensor. The installation process is rated as medium difficulty and is estimated to take approximately one hour to complete. The package includes the boost reference adapter, various O-rings, nipples, bolts, spring clamps, and cable ties for a comprehensive installation. This Turbosmart Boost Reference Adapter is specifically designed for the 2013-2016 3.5L EcoBoost Ford F-150 models. Its application ensures a precise fit and seamless integration with the existing engine systems.
