Description

The 3M Mar-Hyde One Step Rust Converter Primer Sealer is a water-based latex coating designed to prevent new rust. It converts rust into a hard, black primer sealer through a chemical reaction. This product can be applied directly over tightly bonded rust on iron or steel, as well as on new or mild steel that has flash rusted. The treated surface changes from white to purple, and finally to a stable black coating, indicating complete rust conversion.
