Its universal design makes it suitable for marine and UTV applications, featuring a quick power connector for straightforward installation. This omnidirectional antenna provides a significant signal boost of up to +20dB when powered, operating on a 12VDC system. Constructed to withstand harsh environments, the PMX-ANT is Element Ready and IP67 certified, ensuring it is waterproof and dustproof. It mounts easily using the included double-sided tape. The antenna comes with a 3.58 ft. power cable and an 8.4 ft. antenna cable, offering flexibility in placement. The operating voltage range is 9-16 VDC with a low idle current of less than 20 mA and an operating temperature range of -30℉ to 70℉. This antenna is specifically designed for compatibility with several Rockford Fosgate PMX source units, including the PMX-2, PMX-3, PMX-5, PMX-5CAN, and PMX-8BB. Its quick power connection and simple mounting method facilitate an easy installation process, making it a practical upgrade for enhancing audio entertainment systems in powersports and marine vehicles.
