The ACDelco Professional Remanufactured Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor, part number 213-3457, is a crucial part of the engine management system, designed to ensure your vehicle runs efficiently and cleanly. This sensor measures the amount of air entering the engine, allowing the engine control module to calculate the precise amount of fuel needed for the most efficient air/fuel mixture. This leads to better fuel economy, improved power output, and a reduction in harmful exhaust emissions. ACDelco employs an industry-standard remanufacturing process for this MAF sensor. This involves disassembling used units and replacing components prone to wear with new ones. Any damaged or obsolete parts are replaced, and the final product undergoes end-of-line testing to meet ACDelco specifications. Remanufacturing also contributes to environmental sustainability by returning components to service instead of discarding them as scrap. It features a silver and black housing with a 3-blade terminal and an oval connector shape. Please note that this part is not for sale where imports are restricted. Professional installation is recommended due to today's complex computerized engine systems. The sensor comes with a 12-month/12,000-mile parts-only warranty.
