StopTech / PowerSlot replacement premium iron rotors for the Evo 5/6/7/8/9 models with Brembo calipers. These rotors feature symmetric vane; split-core castings for uniform heat distribution, and an anti-corrosive paint that protects better than competitors' spray paint. They have a double disc ground friction surface for optimal performance and extended service life. Power Slot's exclusive Vac-U-Slots are machined into the rotor to help evacuate gasses and dust, shed heat, and keep the brake pad surface clean. In wet conditions, the Vac-U-Slot helps push water off the braking surface for improved stopping power. For some applications, a special Power Alloy metallurgy and directional cooling vanes are used to improve high-temperature performance. The rotors are finished in a durable black e-coat on the hat, edges, and internal vanes to prevent corrosion. Cryo-treatment is available as a one-time process that permanently improves the performance and service life of the metal, redistributing residual stress to provide extra protection against warping.
