Master Cylinder Brake Brace

The 27WON Master Cylinder Brake Brace is engineered to address firewall flex and master cylinder movement, directly improving brake pedal feel and driver confidence on the 11th generation Honda Civic and 5th generation Acura Integra. On these vehicles, the master cylinder is mounted to a thin firewall, which can flex under heavy braking. This flex leads to a delay in brake response and a less connected pedal feel. The 27WON brace mounts to the 27WON Front Strut Tower Bar, providing a rigid support that significantly reduces this flex. The brace is designed as a direct bolt-on component, with installation generally taking under 30 minutes. All necessary hardware and comprehensive installation instructions, accessible via the Dozuki mobile app, are included to ensure a straightforward fitment. This master cylinder brake brace requires the 27WON Front Strut Tower Bar (sold separately) for installation. It will not work on right-hand drive vehicles. Additionally, it is incompatible with 2.0NA engines if aftermarket intakes are fitted; however, it will work with 2.0NA engines if stock intakes are fitted. The brace is compatible with 2022+ Honda Civic models (including Base, Si, and Type R FL5), fitting both 1.5T and 2.0T engines, as well as 2023+ Acura Integra models (A-Spec & Type S).
