The USA Standard Gear ZK F9-HDC Master Overhaul Kit provides all the necessary components for a reliable rebuild of your Ford 9-inch differential. Engineered specifically for differentials featuring LM603011 carrier races and Daytona pinion support, this kit simplifies the installation process, empowering you to confidently complete your differential repair. It includes carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, a pinion seal, a complete shim kit, ring gear bolts, a pinion nut, a crush sleeve, a pilot bearing, thread locker, marking compound with brush, and a gasket. The kit is compatible with standard ring gear rotation and features a Ford 9-inch case design type, with 10 ring gear bolts and 28 pinion spline count. The USA Standard Gear ZK F9-HDC Master Overhaul Kit is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. It is confirmed to fit a wide range of Ford and Mercury vehicles, including the Bronco, E-100, E-150, F-100, F-150, Fairlane, Falcon, Galaxie, Gran Torino, Granada, LTD, Mustang, Ranchero, Thunderbird, Comet, Cougar, and Grand Marquis, as well as the Lincoln Continental and Mark III. Fitment ranges from 1950s models up to the late 1980s, depending on the specific vehicle model.
