The USA Standard ZK GM8.6IRS is a master overhaul kit for differential installations. This kit includes Koyo bearings and races, carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, a pinion seal, and a complete shim kit. It also contains ring gear bolts, a pinion nut, crush sleeve (if applicable), oil baffles and slingers (if applicable), threading locking compound, marking compound with brush, and gasket.

The USA Standard ZK GM8.6IRS master overhaul kit is designed to provide all necessary components for a differential overhaul with confidence. Included are carrier bearings and races, pinion bearings and races, a pinion seal, and a complete shim kit to ensure precise setup. In addition to essential bearing and shim components, this kit also contains ring gear bolts, a pinion nut, and a crush sleeve if applicable to your specific differential. It may also include oil baffles and slingers where needed. For assembly, the kit provides threading locking compound and marking compound with a brush, along with a gasket to ensure a proper seal. This all-in-one solution saves time and money by offering all required parts in a single part number. This master overhaul kit is specifically designed to fit the GM 8.6" IRS differential found in Camaro models from 2010 and up with V8 engines. The use of Koyo bearings and races is a key feature, ensuring reliable performance and longevity for your drivetrain.
