Masters 725 Series Twin-Disc Kit

The Clutch Masters FX725 is a twin-disc clutch kit from the 725 Series, representing pure racing technology suitable for high-performance street applications. The cover assembly is machined from billet aluminum, offering 25% more tensile strength than competitors' cast units. The included flywheel is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and meets SFI spec 1.2, making it suitable for competition in NHRA, NDRA, IDRC, IHRA, SCCA, and NASA events. Each aluminum flywheel also comes with a replaceable heat shield. The 725 series utilizes a smaller diameter assembly, which results in less rotating mass, leading to quicker, smoother shifting and improved throttle response. This specific package, the TD725 Stage 6, is a full street system featuring two Fiber Tuff discs—one sprung and one rigid. By increasing the clamping force of the pressure plate and the usable disc area, Clutch Masters Twin Discs significantly enhance clamping values with only a 25-50% increase in pedal pressure, depending on the application. This kit is specifically designed for the 1990-2000 Honda Accord and the 1992-2000 Honda Prelude. Components can be purchased separately for economical repair. It offers positive release for ease of high RPM staging and shifting, and has been experienced to provide better 4/10's times with hundreds of passes without complications.
