MAX 360 MKII Radar and Laser Detector

The Escort MAX 360 MKII is a high-performance radar and laser detector engineered to deliver 360-degree awareness and exceptional detection range. Utilizing an advanced internal platform, it incorporates a Blackfin DSP chip that provides significantly improved processing speed for real-time threat detection and advanced false alert filtering. Technically, the unit features a superheterodyne, varactor-tuned VCO receiver with support for X, K, and Ka bands, plus 904nm laser detection. Its high-visibility multi-color OLED display offers multiple meter modes, including ExpertMeter and SpecDisplay, to provide clear visual feedback alongside voice alerts. Installation is simplified via the included EZ Mag Mount and 12-volt SmartCord USB, which allows for convenient power connectivity. Please note that some late-model vehicles, particularly newer BMWs, utilize 12v outlets with non-standard dimensions that may prevent full insertion of the SmartCord plug; owners of these vehicles may require a direct-wire kit or a Hella-to-cigarette lighter adapter for proper power. Furthermore, while the detector is compatible with the Detector Tools Pro software for firmware and database updates, this software is not compatible with any Max Ci series or iXCi remote systems.
