Max Air Flow Bundle

The HSP Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle is a complete performance system engineered for the 2006-2007 Chevrolet and GMC LBZ Duramax platform. This extensive kit aims to maximize engine performance by significantly improving airflow and reducing restrictions. The bundle includes a high-flowing 4.5" cold air intake system with a heatshield box for cooler, denser air intake, leading to increased power. The upgraded components feature 3" diameter hot and cold side tubes, designed for optimal flow and improved turbo spool-up. The kit also addresses common failure points with ceramic-coated 2" replacement up-pipes, utilizing heavy-wall 304 stainless steel and sleeved bellows for enhanced durability and exhaust flow. A billet thermostat housing kit is included to improve clearance and aesthetics, constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum. The Max Flow Intake Mouthpiece hand-formed for precision, features an O-ring seal to prevent boost leaks and allows for rerouting of the factory PCV system and removal of the resonator box; a separate PCV re-route kit (003-1-HSP) is available. Additionally, the bundle replaces the OEM coolant tank, which is prone to cracking and discoloration, with a durable, hand-welded aluminum tank that is available in various powder coat finishes for improved under-hood appearance. The hot side intercooler tube is a 3" mandrel-bent pipe with a straight-style lower intercooler connection designed to eliminate the stock, failure-prone boot, thereby increasing reliability and airflow. The Max Flow Bridge uses a two-piece configuration that facilitates installation and minimizes boost leaks, tested to over 100 PSI. This kit provides an excellent value by bundling all major performance parts offered by HSP Diesel for the LBZ Duramax, offering a comprehensive system upgrade in one package.
