Max Air Flow Bundle

The HSP Diesel 383-HSP-DG Max Air Flow Bundle is a comprehensive intake system engineered to maximize airflow and performance for your 2006-2007 Chevrolet/GMC LBZ Duramax. At its core is a mandrel-bent 4.5-inch intake tube, facilitating massive airflow gains. HSP's signature heat shield box is integrated to effectively eliminate the intake of unwanted hot air, which can significantly reduce engine power. The system also features a high-flow turbo mouthpiece. This component enables rerouting of the factory PCV system and removal of the stock resonator box, preventing engine oil from contaminating the turbo and intake system. Note that a separate PCV re-route kit (003-1-HSP) may be required. Further enhancing performance and reliability, the bundle includes 3-inch mandrel-bent hot and cold side tubes. This replaces the factory hot side intercooler tube, which is only 2.25 inches and prone to failure and potential rubbing on the power steering line, leading to boost leaks. HSP's design routes the hot side tube directly to the intercooler for lower temperatures, improved airflow, and increased clearance. The bundle is made in the USA and features a dark grey powdercoat finish.
