Max Flow Bridge and Cold Side Kit

The HSP Diesel Max Flow Bridge and Cold Side Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and airflow of 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet and GMC trucks equipped with the LLY Duramax engine. This kit directly addresses the restrictive nature and airflow limitations of the factory bridge and cold side pipe, which are known weak points that can lead to power loss and boost leaks. Constructed from precision-cast aluminum that is CNC-machined for optimal internal flow and durability, the Max Flow Bridge is pressure tested to over 100 PSI. It utilizes two M8 studs, 12-point nuts, and a high-strength O-ring to ensure a secure seal and eliminate the risk of boost leaks. The accompanying 3-inch cold side tube features a mandrel-bent design with sweeping bends to minimize turbulence and maximize efficiency. This setup is optimized for factory or drop-in replacement turbochargers, maintaining OEM-style intercooler routing. Included in the kit are essential components such as the bridge neck, bridge, cold side tube, bridge neck O-ring, M8 studs and nuts, a 1/8 inch NPT brass plug, heater hose, worm gear clamps, and T-bolt clamps. The kit is made in the USA and offers various powder coat finishes, including Raw, Ink Black, Illusion Blueberry, Illusion Purple, Illusion Cherry, Flag Red, Kingsport Grey, M&M Orange, Silk Satin Black, and Polar White, to enhance engine bay aesthetics.
