Description

The HSP Diesel Max Flow Bridge and Cold Side Kit is a performance upgrade for 2004.5-2005 Chevrolet and GMC trucks with the LLY Duramax engine. This kit features a precision-cast and CNC-machined aluminum bridge for maximum efficiency and a perfect fit. The two-piece design simplifies installation compared to other kits.

The kit includes a mandrel-bent 3-inch cold side tube designed to complement the y-bridge, promoting ultimate efficiency and flow. The bridge is pressure tested to over 100 PSI and secured with M8 studs, 12-point nuts, and a high-strength O-ring to prevent boost leaks. This system is best suited for factory or drop-in replacement chargers, maintaining factory intercooler routing.
