The HSP Max Flow Bridge and Cold Side Tube (204-HSP) is engineered to replace the restrictive and poorly designed factory components in 2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax Chevrolet and GMC trucks. This upgrade focuses on improving airflow, enhancing performance, and providing a cleaner engine bay aesthetic. The kit features a 3-inch diameter for both the bridge and the cold side tube, offering a significant increase in airflow. The Max Flow Bridge is constructed from precision-cast aluminum, CNC-machined for optimal internal flow and strength. It is pressure-tested to over 100 PSI and secured with M8 studs and 12-point nuts, utilizing a high-strength O-ring to prevent boost leaks. The 3-inch cold side tube features a mandrel-bent design with sweeping bends to reduce turbulence and improve efficiency, designed to work with factory or drop-in replacement turbochargers while maintaining OEM-style intercooler routing. The package includes the bridge neck, bridge, cold side tube, a bridge neck O-ring, a 1/8'' NPT brass plug, bridge neck studs and nuts, heater hose, worm gear clamps, T-bolt clamps, and a straight boot.
