Max Flow Y-Bridge and Cold Side Tube Kit

The HSP Max Flow Y-Bridge and Cold Side Tube Kit is engineered as a performance upgrade specifically for 2006–2010 Chevrolet and GMC Duramax LBZ and LMM trucks with 6.6L diesel engines. This kit addresses common issues with the factory Duramax Y-bridge, such as restrictive airflow, inconsistent sealing, and detrimental boost leaks. The HSP Y-Bridge features a precision-built, two-piece CNC-machined 3-inch design that facilitates easier installation and ensures consistent airflow and reliable sealing. It is designed to hold over 100 PSI of boost without failure, thanks to its O-ring seal and dual M8 studs. Complementing the Y-bridge is a 3-inch mandrel-bent cold side intercooler tube. This tube is routed behind the alternator, a design that minimizes turbulence, promotes faster turbo spool-up, and enhances throttle response, all while maintaining a factory-style engine bay layout. The kit is constructed from aluminized steel and finished in raw, made in the USA. Installation is straightforward without requiring custom fabrication. While tuning is not mandatory, it is recommended to fully maximize the airflow and performance gains achieved with this upgraded Y-bridge and cold side piping. This kit is best suited for factory or drop-in replacement turbochargers, as it follows OEM-style intercooler routing.
