The Pusher Max HD Charge Tube is designed to replace restrictive factory intercooler piping, providing a 36% increase in air delivery to your engine. Constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing with CNC-machined, laser-cut flanges, this assembly features a robust heavy-duty bracket support system proven to stabilize the factory two-piece y-bridge at boost levels exceeding 70 PSI. Each unit is fully TIG-welded to ensure optimal weld penetration without compromising internal airflow. This product is explicitly for off-road use only and is not compatible with factory emissions systems or stock emissions-equipped vehicles. It is not available for sale in California. Users should verify that their vehicle has the necessary emissions equipment removed before installation, as this component will not fit or function correctly on systems that retain factory emissions hardware. Included with the charge tube is a complete installation kit containing necessary hardware, gaskets, and braided wire loom. The design is identical to the units utilized in the manufacturer's compound turbo systems, ensuring high-performance durability for modified Duramax platforms.
