The Rawtek Max Performance Kit is a full DPF and EGR delete exhaust system from turbo back, designed for the 2009-2014 VW Sportwagen TDI. It eliminates restrictive components to allow for freer exhaust flow, resulting in a more aggressive sound. The kit includes a DPF & EGR Delete Downpipe, a 3" Midpipe, and a 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust, along with all necessary hardware.

The Rawtek Max Performance Kit is a comprehensive turbo-back exhaust system engineered to eliminate the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, and factory catalytic converters in your 2009-2014 VW Sportwagen TDI. This removal allows for significantly freer exhaust flow, leading to a more aggressive exhaust note. Options include a straight pipe, high-flow cat, or resonator to manage sound and eliminate highway drone. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with heavy wall tubing, this kit is built for durability. The downpipe features a smooth flare from the turbo outlet to a 2-3/4" ID constant diameter, and includes a centering sleeve to ensure proper alignment and prevent leaks. All required hardware for installation is included, with an estimated installation time of 5-6 hours. The kit includes a DPF & EGR Delete Downpipe, 3" Midpipe, and a 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust, along with an EGR Block Off Plate and necessary gaskets and clamps. This kit requires an ECM tune to function properly and prevent check engine lights. Tuning options are available through the Flashzilla device or bench flash methods, and must be compatible with the installed parts. For optimal sound, a resonator is highly recommended to provide a deep exhaust note while eliminating highway drone.
