MAX XL Power Exhaust Manifold

The RoadsterSport 4-1 Max XL Power Exhaust Manifold is engineered to significantly upgrade the performance of your Mazda MX-5 NC (Mk3). This header boasts a 4-into-1 collector design with substantial 2-inch (4.76cm) diameter primaries, which smoothly transition into a 2.5-inch (6.35cm) downpipe. This configuration is optimized for increased exhaust flow, contributing to enhanced power output. It features professional TIG welding for robust joints and a smooth, mandrel-bent runner design for unimpeded exhaust gas flow. This performance manifold deletes the primary catalytic converter, which acts as a silencer in the stock manifold, resulting in a more noticeable and aggressive exhaust note. It includes two O2 sensor ports, accommodating both OEM sensors. However, installation on a standard ECU may result in an O2 error code; this can be addressed by reflashing the ECU or relocating the second O2 sensor downstream of the secondary catalytic converter.
