The MADNESS Autoworks MAXFlow Intake System is engineered as a completely sealed intake solution specifically for North American turbocharged FIAT 500 vehicles equipped with the 1.4L Multi Air Turbo Engine. Developed in partnership with BMC Air Filters Italy, a world-renowned air filter manufacturer, this system integrates BMC's premium ITA Filtering System. The primary goal of this intake is to offer FIAT 500 owners a superior balance of filtration and airflow. It features a patented BMC OTA filtering system, which includes an oval carbon air box housing a washable, regenerable air filtering element. The system utilizes high-performance silicone couplers and aluminum tubing, powder-coated red for durability and a show-quality finish, with TIG-welded tubing. Included in the kit are the BMC Carbon Canister with the OTA Filtering System, high-performance silicone connectors, red powder-coated aluminum tubing, a crankcase vent filter, and all necessary mounting hardware. At checkout, customers have the option to add complementary items such as an engine cover with a Scorpion Design, a SILA Concepts Thermal Blanket to manage turbo heat, and the genuine BMC Cleaning Kit for filter maintenance.
