The MADNESS MAXFlow Intake System is a performance air intake designed for the FIAT 500 with the 1.4L Multi Air Turbo engine. It features a sealed design utilizing BMC's top-of-the-line ITA Filtering System, which is also used in high-performance exotic cars.

Constructed with high-performance silicone couplers and black powder-coated aluminum piping, this intake system ensures a direct bolt-in fit. It includes all necessary mounting hardware, such as a crankcase vent filter and TIG-welded tubing for a show-quality finish. The design aims to minimize air turbulence through even piping diameter and avoids common issues like rubbing on the hood or airbag sensors due to its solid mount.

The 500 Madness MAXFlow Intake System is a high-performance, sealed air intake specifically engineered for turbocharged FIAT 500 models equipped with the 1.4L Multi Air Turbo engine. Developed in partnership with BMC Air Filters Italy, this intake system leverages BMC's premium ITA Filtering System, known for its use in high-power exotic cars. The primary goal of this intake is to deliver superior filtration and airflow by channeling cold air directly from the front bumper vent into the engine. It features a unique oval carbon fiber air box with a patented system that directs air to the washable filter element with minimal pressure drop. The system employs high-performance silicone couplers and powder-coated aluminum tubing, TIG welded for a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. The consistent tubing diameter throughout the system also helps to reduce air turbulence, further optimizing flow. Installation includes everything needed for conversion, such as the BMC Carbon Canister with the OTA Filtering System, high-performance silicone connectors, black powder-coated aluminum tubing, a crankcase vent filter, and all necessary mounting hardware. Optional accessories like an engine cover with a scorpion design and a SILA Concepts Thermal Blanket are available at checkout to further enhance performance and engine bay management.
