MAXFlow Intake System for FIAT 500 1.4L Multi Air Turbo

The MADNESS MAXFlow Intake System is engineered to enhance the performance of the FIAT 500 equipped with the 1.4L Multi Air Turbo engine. This intake system is the result of a collaboration between MADNESS Autoworks and BMC Air Filters Italy, a globally recognized leader in air filtration. It incorporates BMC's premium ITA Filtering System, known for its effectiveness in high-power exotic vehicles, into a package specifically designed for the FIAT 500. This intake system is designed as a sealed unit to optimize both air filtration and flow. It features a distinctive oval carbon fiber air box that houses a washable, regenerable air filtering element. The patented internal airflow deflector channels cold air directly to the filter and into the engine with minimal pressure drop. The system utilizes high-performance silicone couplers and durable, black powder-coated aluminum tubing, TIG-welded for a superior finish. All necessary mounting hardware, including a crankcase vent filter, is included for a complete conversion. Developed through months of prototyping and testing, the MAXFlow Intake System addresses common issues found in other aftermarket intakes, such as interference with the hood or airbag sensors, thanks to its solid mounting solution. The even piping diameter throughout the system contributes to reduced air turbulence and a smoother airflow to the engine. Independent dyno testing has demonstrated significant power gains. The system draws fresh air directly from the front bumper air inlet, ensuring a consistent and high-capacity supply of air, especially at speed. This design, combined with the internal airflow deflector within the carbon fiber housing, helps accelerate incoming air, leading to greater airflow, lower intake temperatures, and higher pressure for maximized engine performance.
