MAXFlow Intake System with BMC OTA Filter

The MADNESS MAXFlow Intake System is engineered as a high-performance air intake solution specifically for turbocharged FIAT 500 models equipped with the 1.4L Multi Air Turbo engine. This system, a collaboration between BMC Air Filters Italy and MADNESS, is built around BMC's renowned OTA Filtering System, known for its use in high-power exotic vehicles. The intake features a completely sealed design to ensure optimal filtration and flow, addressing common issues like rubbing on the hood or airbag sensors found in other aftermarket systems. Its construction includes aluminum tubing with a durable red powdercoated finish, TIG welded for a show-quality appearance, and high-performance silicone couplers for a direct bolt-in fit. The system uses even piping diameter throughout to minimize air turbulence and includes a crankcase vent filter. Included in the kit are the BMC Carbon Canister with the OTA Filtering System, high-performance silicone connectors, red powdercoated aluminum tubing, a crankcase vent filter, and all necessary mounting hardware. The BMC OTA filter itself is composed of a washable, regenerable filtering element within an oval carbon fiber air box. This design channels cold air directly to the filter, minimizing pressure drop and turbulence through an innovative internal airflow deflector known as the 'Trumpet', which enhances airflow to the engine.
