The Answer 442404 Nunc-Immuno microplate is engineered for quantitative and qualitative solid phase immunoassays, including ELISA, and other binding assays. Its MaxiSorp hydrophilic surface is specifically treated to enhance protein binding, offering a capacity of approximately 600-650 ng IgG/cm². Constructed from clear polystyrene, these non-sterile plates feature a flat-bottom well design, providing a 350μL working volume per well. They are compatible with standard laboratory equipment and are often referred to as cell culture plates or microwell plates due to their versatility. Each case contains 60 plates, making them suitable for high-throughput screening and research applications. The MaxiSorp treatment ensures reliable and consistent assay results by promoting optimal antibody and antigen adhesion.
