The MaxTrac 4.5-inch Front Lift Spindles with Extended DOT Brake Lines are engineered to provide a reliable and effective front suspension lift for most Dodge and Ram 1500 models from 2002 through 2018. Constructed from high-strength ductile iron for durability and impact resistance, and features an e-coated finish for superior corrosion protection. Includes DOT-approved extended brake lines. Compatible with 17-inch or larger wheels with 5.5-inch backspacing. Comes with all necessary hardware and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
