MIA's Description

Front lowering spindles with a 2-inch drop, made from ductile iron and includes all necessary hardware. Designed to lower the stance of 1992–1998 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD (all models), and 1988–1991 Extended Cab & 454SS Only 2WD models. Not compatible with 1988–1991 Single Cab models.
