The CorkSport Cat Back Exhaust System is engineered for the 2019+ Mazda 3 with 2.5L and 2.0L Skyactiv-G engines, offering an enhanced auditory and performance experience. This system features 63.5mm fully polished, mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel piping, replacing the restrictive OEM midpipes and muffler. The design incorporates pass-through resonators that effectively manage drone, ensuring a comfortable driving experience even during daily commutes, while still providing a more aggressive tone than the stock system. Hanger locations are reinforced for a secure fit. A unique bracket is included to properly mount the cylinder deactivation motor, preventing check engine lights and reducing factory valve restriction. Fitment is confirmed for 2019+ Mazda 3 2.5L and 2.0L Skyactiv-G engines, including models with the factory appearance kit and both AWD and FWD drivetrains. However, this system has not been tested on e-SKYACTIV-G models. Owners should be aware that NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) levels within the cabin will increase with this exhaust system installed. This product is sold for racing use only and is not guaranteed to pass emissions testing in California or other regions. It is recommended to reinstall stock components for smog testing. The system replaces the secondary catalytic converter; the primary catalytic converter is retained.
