Mazdaspeed Exhaust Manifold

The CorkSport Mazdaspeed exhaust manifold is engineered for enhanced performance, reliability, and sound for your build, specifically for the Mazdaspeed 3 and Mazdaspeed 6. This manifold stands out with its modular design, being the only performance exhaust manifold available that offers interchangeable turbo flange options. You can select from Stock Mazda Flange, T3 Flange, Precision V-Band, or Tial V-Band. This flexibility allows you to change your flange style in the future without needing to replace the entire manifold, minimizing cost and hassle. The manifold is designed to accommodate standard 44mm V-Band External Wastegates. Constructed from investment-cast 304 stainless steel, the manifold is built for extreme conditions, featuring 0.50-inch (13mm) thick flanges and 0.20-inch (5mm) thick runner walls. The runner design utilizes 1.59-inch inner diameter runners with smooth radius bends, optimizing exhaust gas velocity and flow compared to sharper bends and smaller runners found in other manifolds. Computer-aided flow simulations and flow bench testing indicate a significant improvement in flow capacity over OEM and competitor manifolds. Performance gains of 30-40 wheel horsepower are reported over the XS Power V3 manifold, along with faster spooling. The collector features a shallow 16-degree angle with a defined "bullet" point to increase flow efficiency into the turbine. Individual runner lengths range from 10.50 to 12.40 inches, contributing to improved flow balance and the unique Mazdaspeed exhaust note. An optional two-piece dumptube kit is available for easy installation. This manifold is CAD designed and validated on the car for optimal fitment and performance. It is designed for the 2007-2013 Mazdaspeed 3 and the 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed 6. A complete retune is required after installation.
