The Damond Motorsports Mazdaspeed3 Rear Motor Mount is a redesigned component aimed at planting power more directly to the pavement. It is constructed from machined aluminum and features off-the-shelf polyurethane bushings. The mount is available with Street (80a) or Race (95a) stiffness bushings.

The Damond Motorsports Rear Motor Mount is engineered for the Mazdaspeed3 to drastically reduce wheel hop and engine movement, thereby improving shifting and clutch pedal feel. This revised design is lighter, more compact, and easier to install than previous versions, while maintaining strength validated by FEA analysis and track testing. Constructed from a solid chunk of machined aluminum, the mount is available in anodized gold or black finishes. It utilizes OTS Energy polyurethane bushings, arranged to experience only compressive loads to ensure a long service life. Fasteners and lock nuts are high-grade, and the mount is made in the U.S.A. Bushing stiffness options include Street (80a) for minimal NVH or Race (95a) for maximum performance and least engine movement. A note regarding fitment: one bushing has a relief shaved off to allow fitment on multiple vehicles; this does not affect performance. Users report added NVH with this mount, with vibration and transmission noise increases being common, especially with the Race bushings, though many find it tolerable and well worth the improved shifting and reduced engine bounce.
