McLeod steel flywheels are perfect for street applications where easy stop light acceleration is desired. Steel flywheels come in various weights and dimensions. For race applications, a heavier steel unit is ideal for helping launch a heavy car with a smaller engine with less torque and horsepower. They are CNC machined from billet alloy steel and have 1045 hardened steel ring gears.

McLeod steel flywheels are ideal for street applications where smooth stop-light acceleration is desired. These flywheels are CNC machined from billet alloy steel and feature 1045 hardened steel ring gears. This particular flywheel has .200 inches of material added to the face for custom applications. It is internally balanced and compatible with 11-inch and 12-inch B&B and diaphragm clutches, as well as 12-inch LS1/LS6 diaphragm clutches.
