The Metzeler ME 888 Marathon Ultra Rear Tire is engineered to provide an ultra-high mileage solution for custom touring motorcycles. Developed in Germany specifically for the demands of American roads, this tire couples exceptional longevity with Metzeler's renowned performance and handling. Key features include a deeper tread depth that significantly extends tire life and redesigned parabolic grooves that enhance water drainage for improved wet-weather stability. The ME 888 Marathon Ultra is built with technology that ensures consistent performance throughout its lifespan, offering outstanding stability at both high and low speeds, along with smooth handling. This tubeless (TL) tire comes in a 140/90B15 size with a 70H speed rating, making it suitable for speeds up to 130 mph. Its construction also features a shorter and wider profile which helps distribute the force required to transfer engine torque to the ground, focusing on uncompromised mileage.
