The Howards Cams 720253-08 is a steel billet mechanical roller camshaft engineered for a high-performance application in 1959-1980 Chrysler 383-440 engines. Key specifications include a lift of .675 inches on the intake and .645 inches on the exhaust, with a duration @ .050 lift of 281 degrees for the intake and 283 degrees for the exhaust. The centerline is set at 104 degrees. This camshaft requires a minimum of 4500+ RPM stall converter, a compression ratio of 12.5:1 or higher, and a good intake manifold to achieve its performance potential. All Howards Cams utilize the highest-grade race-quality cores available, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding conditions.
