The Pusher Intakes MEGA Intake System is an intake manifold and intercooler tube kit for 2013-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins trucks. This system replaces stock components with 3.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing to increase airflow volume and system efficiency.

The intake manifold features a twin-tube design that doubles the outlet size of the factory plenum, while the intercooler tube is constructed from .060-inch thick mandrel-bent tubing. This kit includes heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, and necessary hardware for installation.

The Pusher Intakes MEGA Intake System is a performance induction upgrade designed specifically for 2013-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins trucks. By replacing the restrictive factory post-intercooler piping and intake manifold with 3.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing, this system significantly improves airflow volume and overall charge system efficiency. The manifold utilizes a unique twin-tube design that nearly doubles the outlet size of the stock unit while maintaining the factory six-bolt pattern for a secure seal. The system includes heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless T-bolt clamps, ensuring a reliable, high-pressure connection. The manifold's design accommodates a short bolt in place of the factory long driver-side flange bolt to further optimize airflow through the plenum. Please note that this product is not emissions compliant and is intended for off-road use only; it will not work on stock emissions-equipped vehicles. Installation is straightforward with the provided OEM gaskets, port plugs, stainless dipstick mount, and full-color instructions. Performance gains typically include faster turbo spool, lower EGTs, and improved throttle response.
