Mega Mantis Angle Kit

The FDF Raceshop Mega Mantis Angle Kit represents a refined, driver-inspired design for Nissan S-chassis vehicles, built for enhanced steering angle and performance handling. This comprehensive kit features a full knuckle design, offering the flexibility to use either the OEM spindle or a 350Z bearing for easier part replacement. The lower control arms are fully adjustable while installed on the car, allowing for quick and precise tuning of caster and camber. Included FDF top plates are essential for achieving optimal caster and camber adjustments, contributing to superior front-end control. The kit is engineered to provide significant enhancements, including over 70 degrees of steering angle, adjustable Ackermann, and 50mm of roll center correction for optimized handling. It minimizes bump steer in drift applications through a perfected tie-rod pickup location. The knuckle incorporates displaced caster for alignment force, and optimized camber is adjustable from -3 to -6 degrees. A substantial track width increase of 50-75mm per side is achieved, creating a stable front end with high clearance, and the long suspension travel ensures full lock-to-lock capability at any point. The components are constructed from High Strength Alloy Steel and Aluminum and utilize durable Chromoly Heim joints with self-lubricating nylon race spherical bearings. Included in the kit are two lower control arms, two knuckles with Ackerman Plates, two inner and outer tie-rods, and two caster/camber plates. All necessary hardware for installation is provided. It is important to note that this kit requires coilovers to function. The wheel bearing is not included. If opting for the Z32 caliper with the 350Z bearing, minor grinding on the caliper may be necessary for clearance. Custom colors are available upon request with specific order notes. Fabrication requires 2-3 weeks before shipping.
