MegaSquirt 2 ECU with v3.57 PCB

The DIYAutoTune MegaSquirt 2 ECU (MS2357-C) provides a comprehensive, assembled engine management solution for performance enthusiasts. Pre-loaded with the advanced MS2/Extra firmware, the MegaSquirt 2 offers extensive capabilities including Speed Density, Alpha-N, or blended load types. It features an onboard 21 psi MAP sensor (upgradeable to 44 psi) and precise 1μs fuel control resolution. Connectivity is handled via USB, and it supports SD card data logging (card not included). The system includes closed-loop fuel and idle control, along with support for both narrowband and wideband O2 sensors. Tuning is facilitated by the free TunerStudio MS software, with the option to upgrade to the full version. Key features of the MS2/Extra firmware include 16x16 VE tables and 12x12 spark tables for detailed tuning, 2-stage nitrous control, boost control, and water injection capabilities. Advanced functions like launch control, table switching, shift light output, native OEM trigger wheel support, coil-on-plug and wasted spark ignition options, and configurable knock sensing are also integrated. The hardware is housed in a professionally machined brushed aluminum case with endplates, featuring a surface-mount v3.57 PCB for enhanced reliability and build quality. It includes DB37 and DB15 connectors and offers CANBus support for future expansion with I/O Extenders or GPIO boards. Configuration options exist for specific inputs. For example, the 'Cam sensor / 2nd tach input with 5v pullup' module is designed for hall effect or optical sensors but is not compatible with VR sensors. Similarly, certain TCU configurations are not compatible with CDI.
