Melling High Volume Oil Pump for Gen III HEMI Engines

The Melling 10452HV High Performance High Volume Oil Pump is engineered specifically for late model Gen III HEMI engines, providing a significant upgrade over stock units. This pump delivers 20% more volume than Melling's M452 and 10452 models, ensuring robust lubrication even under demanding conditions. Built for longevity and performance, the 10452HV features a hard-coat anodized aluminum body paired with a durable cast iron phosphate coated cover. The relief valve is equipped with a convenient screw-in plug for adjustability. This pump comes standard with a high-pressure spring installed to provide +10 PSI, and also includes an optional standard pressure spring to allow for tuning to specific application needs. Designed for a direct fit, it uses a standard 1.0" diameter bolt-on oil pickup tube and a 7/8" diameter bolt-on screen. An o-ring for the oil pickup tube assembly is included to ensure a proper seal. Every Melling high-performance oil pump undergoes individual testing for pressure and flow under actual engine operating conditions, guaranteeing dependable performance. This oil pump is designed for 2009+ 5.7L, 6.2L, and 6.4L HEMI engines.
