Memphis 5-Channel Car Amplifier

The Memphis VIV900.5 is a versatile 5-channel car amplifier from the SixFive Series, engineered to provide robust power and advanced audio control. It delivers 50 watts RMS to each of your front and rear full-range speakers and up to 500 watts RMS to a subwoofer. At 2 ohms, the power output increases to 100 watts RMS x 4 channels plus 500 watts RMS x 1 channel. This amplifier utilizes super-efficient full-range Class D topology. Its tuning controls are comprehensive, featuring variable high- or low-pass filters for the front channels (10-5,000 Hz, 24 dB/octave) and variable filters for the rear channels (high-pass 10-500 Hz, low-pass 50-5,000 Hz, both 24 dB/octave). The subwoofer channel includes a variable subsonic filter (10-80 Hz, 24 dB/octave), a variable low-pass filter (50-500 Hz, 24 dB/octave), and a variable bass boost up to 18 dB at 45 Hz. The M-Equalization bass boost allows for precise adjustment of both frequency and Q factor. Additional features include preamp and speaker-level inputs (requiring adapter for speaker-level), a 7-color selectable LED logo, and a hinged magnetic cover plate that conceals the top-mounted controls. An optional wireless remote subwoofer level control is available. The amplifier has dimensions of 12-7/16"W x 2-1/4"H x 8-1/4"D. For installation, 4-gauge power and ground leads and an 80-amp fuse are recommended, though not included. Due to the lack of onboard fuses, an additional 80-amp in-line fuse is recommended between the distribution block and this amplifier when installing multiple amps.
