The Tomei Metal MLS Exhaust Manifold Gasket Set is engineered for the VR38DETT engine found in the Nissan GT-R R35. The bead-type construction, combined with embossed openings around oil and water channels and a nitrile coating, ensures a superior seal. A key feature is the sealed firing ring around the combustion chamber, similar to OEM gaskets, which enhances reliability under the demands of high horsepower engines. The Metal MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) construction provides exceptional strength and resistance to high temperatures and pressures commonly found in performance applications. Tomei specifically designs these gaskets for engine-specific optimization, contributing to overall engine integrity. Each set includes two exhaust manifold gaskets, providing a complete solution for replacing the original components. The product is compatible with Nissan R35 GT-R models from 2009 onwards. Additionally, the product packaging includes a Prop 65 Hazardous Material Warning, indicating that chemicals or materials known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or reproductive harm may be present.
