Methanol Injection Controller

The Meth BMS StandAlone Universal Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) Kit enables users to achieve substantial power increases while running on pump gas. Its cooling effect is comparable to using 100 octane race gas or E85, but with the added advantage of more power than either can provide alone. The core of the system is the AEM water/methanol controller, which includes large, user-friendly knobs and clear markings for setting accurate start and full activation points. It also features a plug for a redesigned wiring harness with a positive-lock connector. A key safety feature is the "Boost Safe" injection failsafe system. This output can be configured to trigger on a short, loss of continuity, high or low voltage, or low fluid condition. Users can customize their failsafe strategy, ranging from simply flashing a warning light to more complex actions like pulling boost or ignition timing, or switching fuel maps on a standalone engine management system. The simplified wiring harness includes color-coded wires for easier installation and an integrated Pump Ground circuit to prevent accidental pump activation due to shorts. An additional wire is provided for an optional on/off solenoid to control fluid flow when the system is inactive. Options are available at checkout to add specific WMI nozzles (BM10 is recommended for most applications) and a WMI tank. Specific BMW models are listed for compatibility with certain tank options, such as the 3 Gallon Stealth Tank for F chassis BMWs (2012-2020 3 Series F30, 2015-2020 F80 M3, 2014-2020 4 Series F32, 2015-2020 F82 M4 – does not fit convertible) and the 2 Gallon Stealth Tank for F10 5 Series BMW (2011-2016 F10 sedan). The 3.5 Gallon Stealth Tank is designed for G20/G22/G80/G82 BMWs (2021+ M3, 2021+ M4 including modification, 2020-2023 M340i, 2021+ M440i including modification).
