Overview

The Legend AutoMat-Bar is a heavy-duty 1/4 inch thick one-piece virgin rubber mat with a checker-plate bar top surface. Designed for cargo vans, it provides durable, non-slip protection for the factory steel floor, preventing scratches, dents, and daily wear. It's chemical and moisture resistant, odor-free, silicone-free, and easy to clean (sweep or hose down). The flexibility and precision one-piece construction ensure simple installation or removal. It's built for trades professionals seeking reliable traction and low maintenance without needing a rigid floor system. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The material has a tensile strength of 870 psi, elongation of 180%, hardness of 75–80 Shore A, tear resistance of 250 lbf/in, and specific gravity of 1.1 g/cm³. It also passes low-temp brittleness, ozone resistance, and heat aging tests with no cracks, and meets flammability testing.
