The Malossi MHR 94 RC-one is an advanced engine crankcase, purpose-built for scooters equipped with Piaggio 50 cc 2-stroke engines. This component is the result of a vision to create the most innovative racing part for scooters, pushing the boundaries with its extreme design for high-powered engines. This crankcase supports an engine capacity of 94 cc, with the potential to exceed 30 horsepower without compromising the integrity of the engine block. It is designed to be compatible with both drum and disc brakes and can replace original engines in scooters with either short or long wheelbases, accommodating 12-inch and 13-inch wheels. The shock absorber mounting position is versatile to suit both configurations. Key technical specifications include a construction from an aluminum silicon alloy with high mechanical resistance, a crankshaft-clutch shaft wheelbase of 270 mm, and crankshaft bearings measuring 20 x 47 x 14. It features FKM plus PTFE oil seals, a VL 18 reed valve, and an X360 intake manifold. Additionally, it includes steel 8.8 UNI EN20898/1 cylinder stud bolts, an oversized cooling fluid connector, and a wheel axle bearing of 20 x 47 x 14. The roller gear cover size is 16 x 22 x 12.
