This tire contains a very small amount of tread void, allowing maximum tire contact with the road for better acceleration. It is built for the race track, not the street, and is not a D.O.T. street legal approved tire. A special rubber compound is used for maximum traction and acceleration during drag racing. This tire is very wide and has a large footprint for maximum acceleration. The ET Street Radial Pro is a sensational racing tire designed to put all the power to the pavement for better launches. It has a stiff sidewall and an R2 compound, suggested for manual transmissions (medium compound) and high horsepower applications or for heavy cars (over 3,000 lbs).
