Description

The Ultra Racing URTW-MS6-2957P is a mid-lower brace engineered to significantly improve chassis stiffness and handling. During dynamic driving conditions like fast cornering, hard braking, or acceleration, the vehicle's chassis experiences substantial flex due to weight transfer. This flex can lead to uneven tire grip, understeering, or oversteering. This brace acts to stabilize the weight transfer between the front and rear of the car, thereby reducing chassis flex and twist. By reinforcing the chassis, it helps maintain precise suspension geometry and stability, leading to more predictable handling and improved steering feedback. The design also aims to minimize damage from side impacts. The hollow steel tubes and oval tubes range from 1.2mm to 1.6mm in thickness. The brace uses six mounting points and typically bolts onto the original nuts and bolts, unless specific hardware is supplied.
