Description

The Ultra Racing Mid Lower Brace (UR-ML2-2053) is engineered to enhance the chassis stability of the Mercedes S Class (W220). During driving, especially on uneven roads or during dynamic maneuvers like hard braking or acceleration, the vehicle's chassis experiences flex and twisting due to weight transfer. This flex can negatively impact handling, leading to issues such as understeer or oversteer. Additionally, it can help minimize damage sustained from side impacts. The construction involves robust materials, with brackets measuring 4mm to 5mm in thickness and hollow steel tubes ranging from 1.2mm to 1.6mm in thickness. These specifications ensure rigidity and strength while maintaining a designed crumple zone for safety during impacts. Installation utilizes the original nuts and bolts unless new ones are supplied, and the brace features two mounting points.
