The Extang Solid Fold 2.0 is a hard folding truck bed cover featuring 1-inch thick EnduraShield TPO panels that resist impacts, abrasions, and UV exposure. It has a lightweight yet durable aircraft-grade aluminum frame with a textured-black EnduraCoat finish. The cover uses hard polymer rubber corners, hinge cap seals, and triple-fin perimeter seals for weather resistance. It has a load capacity of up to 600 lbs (evenly distributed) and uses dual-pivot MaxHinges. It offers ⅔ bed access when open and includes integrated buckle straps for securing it while driving. Installation is a simple, no-drill process with tool-free Jaw-Grip front and EZ-Lock rear clamps, allowing for easy removal when full bed access is needed. It comes with a 3-year limited warranty.
