Mil-Spec OBD1 Tucked Engine Harness

The Rywire Mil-Spec F-series & H-Series OBD1 Tucked Engine harness is engineered for the 1992-1995 Civic and Integra chassis, offering cross-compatibility for both F-series and H-series engines. This harness is constructed using Mil-Spec Teflon-coated wire, boasting a high-temperature rating of 200°C. It is further protected by premium Raychem DR-25 heat shrink and adhesive-lined wire junctions to effectively seal out moisture and ensure durability. Each connector on this harness is precisely crimped using pneumatic heads for an OEM-quality connection and is clearly labeled with identification tags for straightforward installation. Critical circuits that are prone to heavy interference are meticulously shielded and grounded with appropriate wire covering to maintain signal integrity. All connectors and materials used are brand new, and every harness undergoes rigorous 100% pin-to-pin quality testing and resistance checks to guarantee no voltage fluctuations. This harness utilizes OBD1 (1992-1995) ECU connectors. While an adapter can be used for OBD2 ECUs, this specific harness does not directly support USDM OBD2 ECUs. However, aftermarket ECUs with OBD2 plugs and non-USDM OBD2 ECUs are compatible, with the exception of H22 and GSR stock computers. A custom back-side sub-harness is included, tailored to the specific chassis chosen from the dropdown menu. This design allows for easier chassis changes in the future, as only the sub-harness would need replacement, not the entire engine loom. The modular design, with a detachable back-side (interior/shock tower connection), enables the engine harness to be used across multiple chassis as long as the engine components remain consistent. Important compatibility notes include the requirement for an INTERNAL coil type ignition distributor ONLY; external coil type distributors are not supported.
