This system includes 6.5-inch woofers and separate tweeters, designed to deliver a detailed and engaging listening experience. The woofers utilize Hertz's exclusive V-cone® profile, which promotes superior off-axis response and rich mid-high range output. The Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) surround is incorporated to ensure smooth woofer excursion and minimize unwanted resonance. For high frequencies, the system employs a PEI membrane in the tweeter and a neodymium motor assembly, ensuring clear and extended treble response. With a continuous power handling of 80 watts and a peak power handling of 160 watts, these speakers are designed to be driven by a variety of head units or aftermarket amplifiers. The 4-ohm impedance is standard for car audio systems, allowing for efficient power transfer. The system boasts a sensitivity of 93 dB SPL and a wide frequency response from 50 Hz to 23 kHz, covering a broad spectrum of sound. Installation is made easier with integrated passive crossover filters found directly on the supplied connection cables, along with a comprehensive set of accessories. The system includes two woofers, two tweeters, and two external crossovers, facilitating a balanced stereo soundstage.
