The Milltek SSXVW678 is a high-performance, non-resonated cat-back exhaust system specifically engineered for the VW Golf MK8 GTI. Constructed from premium, aerospace-grade Type 304 non-magnetic stainless steel, this system is built for longevity and resistance to discoloration. The 80mm pipe diameter and mandrel-bent construction ensure optimized gas flow, designed to maximize performance and enhance the sporty exhaust note of the GTI. Milltek's comprehensive acoustic development process guarantees a crisp, aggressive sound profile without introducing undesirable NVH, drone, or cabin resonance. The system is meticulously designed, developed, and hand-finished in the UK. Installation is estimated to take between 1 to 1.5 hours, including the removal of the OE system.
